Marco Pacheco

Attorney Marco Pacheco is licensed to practice law in Texas, New York, and Mexico. He earned his law degree from the University of Monterrey (UdeM) and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

Over the course of his career, he has represented and advised thousands of clients, guiding them through complex legal matters with clarity, sound judgment, and a practical approach. His experience working across multiple jurisdictions allows him to navigate legal systems effectively, particularly in cross-border and immigration-related matters.

In 2016, he founded his own practice, which has since grown into Pacheco Couceiro Law Firm. The firm represents immigrants, families, and international companies, and also handles personal injury matters for individuals harmed as a result of negligence. Alfonso Couceiro

Alfonso Couceiro has more than sixteen years of experience professionally advising clients. He graduated in Law from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid in 2009. In 2010, he also graduated in Business Administration, Management, and Finance from the same university, completing part of his studies at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

He continued his studies at UCLA School of Law, earning his Master of Laws in 2016. During his studies in Los Angeles, he worked with Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project and the ACLU of Southern California, providing pro bono immigration advice and researching the rights of asylum seekers and refugees in the United States.

In 2016, UCLA School of Law awarded him The Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award. Alfonso is licensed in Texas and Spain and speaks English, Spanish, French, and Italian. He has provided effective professional advice to clients for more than ten years.

Héctor Piñeyro

Héctor Piñeyro

Héctor Piñeyro is licensed to practice law in Mexico and Texas. Originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, he earned his law degree in Mexico in 2016 and has more than ten years of experience providing professional legal counsel across a wide range of matters.

In 2019, due to his experience with U.S.-related legal matters, Héctor was invited to work in the United States, where he primarily advised Spanish-speaking clients. He pursued an LL.M. at St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2024.

Today, Héctor lives in San Antonio, Texas, where he combines his binational legal background and extensive experience to provide culturally informed legal and strategic advice to clients in Mexico and the United States.

Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez is licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. For his undergraduate studies, Luis attended Southern Methodist University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

During law school, Luis interned at Pacheco Couceiro, working on asylum cases. Born and raised in a border town, he understands the importance and impact a good immigration attorney can have on people’s lives.

Luis is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He also scored in the top 1% on the Texas Bar Exam, demonstrating his strong legal knowledge and commitment to excellence.
